It is nice to have finished closing on the Pine River ranch property in La Plata County with Wells Group.  This makes the third property we have done with you and your associates and all have been handled professionally and efficiently.

It is apparent that you and your staff know the county and history of the available properties very well.  Both you and Joe Bob did an excellent job of understanding our needs and matching them with available real estate.  It would be hard for Pam and me to be much happier with our choices.

You have an excellent staff and a big thanks go to you, Joe Bob, and Abbi Munn for all the effort and help both during and after the sales.
